Sara Roberts is a four-time founder who built Healthy Nibbles from zero to £10M ARR — with over 60 institutional partners including Transport for London, Vitality, and Mercedes AMG Petronas. Queen's Award for Enterprise. BCorp certified. Recognised as a Thinkers360 Top 10 Global HealthTech Thought Leader and Favikon Top 20 UK HealthTech voice.

Before building in the UK, Sara spent eight years as founder of Visergy - an innovation and insights agency she scaled to £3M in annual billings across Sub-Saharan Africa and the Gulf. Working directly with governments, regulators, and private-sector partners across multiple markets gave her a commercial fluency in frontier economies that very few UK advisors hold. For founders expanding into the UAE, Kenya, South Africa, or the Gulf, that matters.

Since 2018, Sara has served as a Global Concept Advisor to the International WELL Building Institute, the custodians of the WELL standard, the world's most widely adopted framework for human health in the built environment. That gives Well Purposed direct access to the corporate wellness ecosystem: the employers, insurers, and real estate platforms actively investing in HealthTech for their people.

In 2025 Sara joined the Henry Royce Institute Investment Committee, advising on deep science and materials ventures, which means she understands how institutional investment committees evaluate commercial cases, and how to help founders make them.
